Once you book with Eagle, your move can be described in 5 easy steps.
Step 1. Move administrator
You may get in touch with Eagle Relocations by phone anytime during office hours or drop us an email and we will respond on the same day to help in any way we can. You will initially speak to a move administrator who will be happy to talk to you about your plans, when and where you would like to have your belongings moved. Our move administrators will be able to provide you with information on the different service packages available to you and how we can customise our services to your needs.
Step 2. Pre-move Survey
Whenever possible your Eagle move administrator will also suggest that you make an appointment for one of our surveyors to visit your home. The move administrator is able to organise this for you. This is a complimentary service which will enable us to provide you with a more accurate quotation for your move, and will also enable the surveyor to answer any questions you may have such as packing of unusual items, or any other concerns. This service is particularly helpful for large moves, or if you have unusual items, but is not essential for very small moves, or if arranging a convenient time is an issue. We are also able to provide quotes on phone and email.
Step 3. Happy to go ahead?
Following your survey you will be sent a quotation which takes all of your requirements on board and summarises what has been discussed so far. You will also be sent a quotation acceptance form which should you wish to proceed, will need to be completed and returned to us.
Step 4. Move coordinator – A Single point of contact
On receipt of your acceptance form, you will be contacted by your dedicated move coordinator. Your move coordinator is responsible for looking after every aspect of your move and is your single point of contact.
We can take a deposit to secure your booking by debit card, credit card or cheque. Your deposit will also secure the date and time of your move so it’s advisable to do this as soon as possible as availability can change on an hourly basis.
Step 5. Move day
A professional packing and moving crew will arrive at the agreed time to begin your move. The crew leader will introduce the team and walk through your home with you to completely understand your requirements. You can feel reassured in the knowledge that your belongings will be handled carefully and your move will be stress free.
